What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
If disguised, make it show the name of the disguised person (via the disguise card) when using /r for the radio, as it stands, if you use /r while disguised, it shows your actual tag and name, making it easy to metagame.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Don't believe so.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
No metagaming;
Small change (i assume)

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
None.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Just a small change to stop metagaming when your disguised and use /r while in someone's else's radio frequency.

@Tiago
After a bit of discussion we've come to a potential issue in that people disguised can issue commands as someone they wouldn't really be identifiable as. For example, a CI member takes an A1 CO disguise and types "/r O-1 Hostile". This presents an issue as they shouldn't be able to be differentientate between fake and real people on the frequency, however it also isn't fair for them to assume identities on it either and unlike people speaking you wouldn't have an IC idea who they are as you cannot take a guess by their voice. In order for change to be implemented we need solutions to this issue.

make it a rulebreak to issue hostile orders or something

I mean disguise abuse feels sensible as a rule - However, how on earth do you enforce this? Plus it introduces confusion about whether or not a given order as valid, undermining that whole authority of regiments and such is not really something you want
