Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? not for no intention to role play or toxicity if i recall correctly but i have for rdm
Why should you be unbanned: because the statement i made wasnt to be toxic. i don't know what i was trying to achieve but it wasnt to be rude. i was expecting it to be taken with a grain of salt because we are on the internet. also there was intention to role play i was being payed to kill the ambassador of GOC
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: by not accepting hits
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Its one of the most fun servers i have played on and without it i would probably just be empty but i actively try to contribute to the fun and the community is one of the most wholesome community's i have ever seen online. how everyone pitched in to give Cen Pastor an enjoyable last time on the server

Hello @NapkinJack, You were banned for NITRP (No Intent To Role Play). This is because you knowingly RDM'd a UNGOC Ambassador as an MC&D, once you were brought to a staff room as a result you showed little remorse during the sit remarking that you killed the ambassador because they were a women. This resulted in SL member @Starling6 who was spectating the sit to recommend a NITRP ban as a result.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

At this time your ban should be finished at this time but the warning will remain on record as you know you are a non combative as a MCD. Even though they are a GOI they are places a civilian and must follow the same rules as them. MCS are not hitmen they are traders who sell to anyone that wants to buy. The only way for you to engage in combat is if your in a life or death situation and there is no other way out in order for you to live.
