Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:
Research is my main faction and I am willing to commit time into the role as I enjoy it the most. I want to use the additional clearence to test more on SCPs which don't get tested on so much and for the further betterment of the Research Department. As an experienced Senior Researcher I also work a lot with the Director of Research and with other Executives to help manage the department.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
Throughout my research career I have dedicated myself to improving the accessibility of information to all of the other Researchers, as when I started off as a Junior Researcher not much information was made available to me or any of my peers. Since then I have made it my goal to make information easier to access. I would be suitable for this role also because of the depth of knowledge I have in relation to experimenting and the SCPs.
In order to act upon my goal I have created multiple Research Guides tailored for all levels within the department as well as I have delivered countless trainings and presentations. Alongside my written guides I have created an interactive presentation slide deck which has been designed to keep everybody involved.

In terms of my overall knowledge of Research, I have conducted numerous crosstests on site where I have mixed together very dangerous SCPs together (Example: 682 and 079 being one). Under my command, my experiments usually run smoothly whilst generating memorable and fun RP. It is not uncommon for myself to be the "first point of call" for any newly found anomalous objects found by MTF.

SCP 682 and 079 Crosstest
Prior to the experiment starting, all the units involved were given a full safety and instructional brief on the aims and methods of the experiment.

I entered the CC due to the low likelihood of 682 attacking (with strong mtf escort), as he knew I was the only person who could get him to SCP-079.
The aim was a follow-up to a prior test done on 682 where he was given an offering with the hope that us as the foundation could make a pact with SCP 682 to reduce the likelihood of him breaching. In exchange for being complaint with the foundation, SCP-682 wanted to speak to SCP-079. Once SCP-682 and SCP-079 were in the same CC, SCP-079 would have a backdoor so all conversations could be observed and logged for future use.

The aim of this experiment was to see if SCP 049-2 could be used as 'looking eyes' as a possible alternative method of containment.
SCP 049 and 035 Crosstest
The aim of the experiment was to find a better way to make use of the foundation's resources. Instead of using healthy D-Class, 049-2 subjects could be used as hosts to keep SCP-035 contained. This not only makes better use of the foundation's resources but it is also more ethical.

SCP 008 and 049 Crosstest
The aim of the experiment was to find out SCP-049's relationship with SCP-008, as SCP-008 possesses similar properties to SCP-049's 'cure'. Once SCP-049 was placed into 008, SCP-049 was very impressed by SCP-008 and was able to be safely extracted from the CC without there being an outbreak.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I have made a total of 6 excellent-graded documents. The main thing which makes a document excellent rather than OK is consumability. If a document is poorly structured, hard to read or like something you have seen 1000 times already then it will feel like an absolute chore to read. Having good structure, including images, adding transcripts from interviews, using the line features and most importantly having a surreal aim (within ethics) is the absolute bread and butter to making an awesome document!
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
The Exec. Researcher will oversee all the researchers currently on site, as a go-to for any high-level questions and issues which may need to be escalated further up the CoC. An Exec. Researcher will also be able to grade research documents and provide feedback to the author within the official grading guidelines. An Executive Researcher will act as the ambassador for all of the Research Staff, this involves raising queries brought to them in command meetings.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:Dr. Karsten Schmidt, A.K.A. Nebula was an Explosive Material Scientist at facility owned by a private company based in the Southern Region of Bavaria, Germany. However an experiment went wrong one day involving a chainsaw and an explosive canister and it put Karsten in legal trouble. As a hunted man and with almost no where left to hide, the SCP Foundation got in contact after hearing about the incident and offered to give him asylum as a Researcher.
