Yes

Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why (type /warnings in-game):

How many hours can you be on every day:

around 3 or 4

Do you have any previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community:
I do not within Civilnetworks or Garry's mod roleplays, though I like to think I create rp with my character Mr. Pennyworth

Do you have any advanced skills that would benefit the GM team, such as PAC-3, dupes building, art creation and others? If yes, give us your best example of putting that skill into practice:
Other than a knack for narrative storytelling and a willingness to learn, I am afraid not.

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Foundation Department/MTF:
An anomalous Roomba appears at the entrance of EZ for SOP to find. It is labeled as a product of Anderson Robotics. It appears harmless when turned on, but if allowed to roam the site long enough, it will coat the floors that it passes with wax, making the floors slick akin to ice for a duration. Janitorial staff are able to assist with the aftermath and remove the wax from the floors

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Non-Foundation Group:
A mystical tree sprouts within the center of pinewood, offering wise quotes and general wisdom about the world. It seems to have a vast knowledge, capable of answering questions based upon the general knowledge of the individual without revealing any more than they already know or can guess. It has a chance of info breaching or speaking about sensitive material

Please list one Event idea for the United Nations Global Occult Coalition:
Wandering among the surface is a shrouded man who appears to have wandered into the pinewood area from the snowy wastes, trying to communicate with the people of pinewood to grant him passage. This man is clearly not normal and presents a serious threat and danger to the people of pinewood.
Should the citizens do anything to even remotely upset the shrouded man, he will lash out, revealing hidden cybernetic augments built into his body. It is then revealed that the man is a Type Indigo. Should The GOC get involved and show sufficient force and damage the man, the Type Indigo will yield and submit to capture. It can then be learned that the man was the unfortunate victim of experimentation done by a denomination of 'Ford', known as the Church of Maxwellism.
From there, the GOC can do with the man as they see fit, if they attempt to cure the augments that are causing his bouts of rage, they could receive a reoccurring ally.

Please list one Event idea for the Chaos Insurgency:
The CI Cell's command receives a message from The Engineer. The Bell of Entropy needs to be transported to a more secure location, unfortunately, the transporting vehicle sustained heavy damage in the snowstorm in the process and has to make a stop at the Cell. It will be the job of the Cell to protect and guard the Bell of Entropy from external threats for a period of time until an external cell can arrive to properly retrieve and move it. Various GOIs external to the Foundation and GOC want their hands on the Bell, and the Cell will be hit by various waves of enemies. The Bell of Entropy is a powerful and devastating anomalous object, causing disaster and catastrophe when it is rung. Perhaps in protecting it, the Insurgents will be able to utilize it as well. Should the Insurgents be able to keep the bell defended, they will be rewarded and given recognition by the Engineer themselves.

Please list one Event idea for the SCP Foundation:
A secure anomalous cargo truck operated by members of MTF-Chi-9 "Page Turners" arrives at the Foundation's Outer Gate. Carried with them is a single object, placed within a reinforced ballistic glass case reinforced with steel. Within the case is a cushion as well as an unremarkable book with black binding resting upon it. Foundation personnel CL3 or higher are able to be informed that this is the book known as "A chronicle of the Daevas". Due to the atemporal retrocausal anomalous effect of the book, it is to be kept away from any liquid such as Ink or Blood that can be used for writing. The book is to be kept in the site for awhile, however, wherever it is kept, apparitions of ancient warriors will appear, attacking those near the book and attempting to 'conquer' the nearby vicinity. It appears that the book has gotten the Daevas closer to the present age than expected. Though, if Scranton reality anchors are placed near the book, it will seemingly return to its usual anomalous behavior, leaving the foundation staff present to think; What caused the book to act this way?

Please list a Major Event or Map Change idea (Involving all sides and the entire server):
A gathering of shrouded people begin to make themselves known in a clearing nearby the village of pinewood. Reports of these figures begin trickling into the GOC, CI, and Foundation's comms respectively.
If approached, these people are amicable and silver-tongued, otherwise kind to those that they meet. Civilians are welcomed among them and are secretly slain or converted into one of their number. This is to fuel what will soon become the beginning of a massive ritual to summon a vestige of Yaldabaoth. The ritual causes the skies to turn red, and rivers of blood begin to run. If the groups cannot stop the ritual in time, a large Sarkic entity will descend from the sky, and must be destroyed by the GOIs present in order for everything to revert to normal. If the cultists are killed before the ritual can commence, a weaker vestige will be summoned, as the cultist's deaths will still fuel the ritual enough to manifest something, just not as bad as the alternative.

What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible.
Deus-Ex-helper, anytime some random happenstance helps the people out takes away from player agency and gives the impression that everything will be fine no matter what, there should always be urgency in events, even minor ones.
Having NPCs do most of the work figuring things out in events. Similarly with the previous element listed, it can lead players to wonder why they are even being included in the event, and that the event may as well have been listed as a written story on the forums rather than an active event that is supposed to bring intruige to the people.

And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster?
Truth be told, I have already at least partially achieved this, but I wish to create interactive, longstanding, consistent events that bring a greater level of roleplay that I know is within Civilnetworks. While not always present on the US server, there are many moments that I find myself in where people genuinely attempt to interact and LARP their characters. As a GM, I would be able to facilitate and incentivize the interaction of players across all fronts, even more so than what I could do as Mr. Pennyworth.
