What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It adds a new type of RDM. It will be, Revenge RDM (RRDM), it is basically when you get RDM'ed so you go back and get revenge by RDMING the same guy, yes this is simular to NLR but its also a little bit better.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because I have seen many people revenge RDM they NLR and I feel they should get 2 warnings instead of 1.
