What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion would add different ammo types, magazines, barrel extensions (other than suppresors) and fire modes to the attachment system
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
nothing similar has been suggested before to my knowledge
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
This would allow many new combinations of weapon attachments and would encourage players to experiment more with attachments because right now the only real variation we have is what scope you prefer.
It would allow the possibility of making guns feel much more different and unique than another loadout
example.
A mp443 with a extended mag, standard barrel, hollow point, and fully auto
compared to
A mp443 with a quick mag, barrel extension , FMJ or AP rounds, with single fire
This would make these 2 weapons have completely different play styles and feel than the other and would make it more unique and fun to use attachments.

It may take some heavy balancing to make the stats fair and some weapons may become a ''Meta'' which would take away from the fun because everyone's using the same build and every fight feels the same
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Even though there may be a meta a meta already exists on the server (VHS-D2 / ARX-160) so it wouldn't change to much. i believe this should be something to add since this would encourage trying out different combinations and would mean that the more unique attachments could be added with a high price so players have something to spend there money on instead of just buying the standard 3 of knifes, chems, and weapons.
