What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
1. Changes the new subscription chem storage into a permanent but more expensive purchase
2. Add flask storage to the machine

Possible Positives of the suggestion:
1. People don't need to pay for a minimum of 500 vpoints every month and it removes a subscription which everyone is complaining about, from what I've heard people would much prefer paying more for a perm subscription over a monthly subscription. (NL/Ventz should up price for perm)
2. Means people don't need to go back and forth between machine and storage for flasks, there's no point in the chem storage if you still need an empty flask to withdraw chems. To withdraw chems in mass you'd need a pocket/stash full of empty flasks which defeats the purpose of having the chems in a different storage or buy water from a chem vendor to get empty flasks.

None for the community, however could decrease passive income for the server
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
A lot of people are upset about the monthly subscription and its a reasonable argument, especially when something like this could've been added to the VIP perks. The way the chem storage currently works makes it less convenient and just takes longer than using the stash so not only would you be wasting time getting chems from it but also money from buying it.
To clarify, this isn't a post about Pac/Prio or any other subscriptions, its the fact we are being asked to pay a monthly subscription for something that does its job worse than an extra storage box
