What does this suggestion change/add/remove
Changes the prop blocking rule to clarify that placing deployable shield withing the 1-2 feet of the landing zone should count as prop blocking, as it can not only block larger scps from breaching, but also gives an rather large advantage to people on the elevator when combining bullet pushback from preventing scps from getting on it.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different

As far as 100 suggestions no

Possible Positives of the suggestion:
Further clarifies rules, maybe adds definition to what counts as prop blocking as it can and will block larger SCPs from breaching

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

could make containing scps from heavy slightly harder

Based on the Positives and Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted

because it makes the game fairer and and closes a technical loophole

As long as there is space for someone to walk past the shield, then it is not prop blocking.
If the shield is completely blocking off the way, making it where you cannot get past it without jumping over it, call staff.

Fixed the formating

Wtf do you mean "Landing Zone"

Is this not a common saying? I thought a landing zone for a elevator was well known

Also be smart, just go through secondary with 079 to hack turrents or just kill everyone at elevator

"Elevator landing" or "landing area in front of the elevator" or "in front of the elevator doors" would be a tad more understandable. "Landing Zone" usually specifically refers to the landing area for a helicopter or similar aerial vehicle. "Landing" is also not often used for contexts like this outside of like, stairs in houses.
