What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

Add a additional section in the conflict status which explains what Lane (s) are active within a war. Similar to the screenshot I've provided.

Allow new players (level 0 mastery) to start with 100 stamina instead of 70 stamina.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

No

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

Allows new players that join in mid war to understand where to go immediately

More stamina will make the server a bit more enjoyable to run around and enhance the new player PVP in general

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

Dev Time

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

It is quite known new players already have a horrid time when they enter the server. Every new player should have the ability to not only play war comfortably with a reasonable amount of stamina but also be able to understand where they should be going during war.

While I do know that the ESC menu allows you to see the specific lane that is active, it isn't the most reliable. It is a feature that a lot of new players and even amateur players just forget even when taught.

My main argument behind the stamina change is due to the gunplay (low TTK) . Movement feels TOO restricted, majority the time 70 stamina is not enough to get behind some cover. War time does require a lot of running during war and since most of this community is full of vets its not that big of an issue for them. New players really just get the short end of the stick.

I agree a lot with this I still remember when i first joined how confusing it can be for one to understand where to go and who to listen to.
I'd say there's a need to simplify the tutorial and add some stuff for new players to understand both the new and old stuff, also i recommend telling new players to read COMMS only and ignore the rest, they will learn about the rest anyways.
