Content Suggestion New warfund for CI US- enhanced reinforcements

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This would give CI a new option for calling in enhanced or more powerful jobs as a warfund option.
This would work via a helicopter in front of CI base similar to how ERT deploys into foundation however if it is not possible to add it that way it could simply be a box that overrides your current loadout or player model. These jobs would be for doing different tasks like holding down a area better or spawning with a hacking upgrade for opening doors quicker, they could also have slightly more health or armor than the average CI. An example of this would be a version of medic that could have a better field kit or be able to restore small amounts of armor or replenish teammates ammo. The balancing of these jobs could vary it just depends on how the content team would like to implement it.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2): Gives CI more variety for playstyles
Allows the content team to experiment more with the jobs CI has while being able to restrict them via money and a hard cd for the entire faction

Possible Negatives of the suggestion: CI gets buffed, Burn down the server, start a riot, 500 nerfs after/j
CI might get stronger tactics or stratagies because of this
Foundation might need to adjust to the new jobs that CI gets

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted: CI's options for warfunds have always been a subject of debate for the COs. The current ones are either shredded instantly by another faction for how expensive they are like our BTR-90
or if they are good they don't get used that often or require significant setup to use properly like the nuro.
This would give CI something of their own to use, Foundation has their tanks and enhanced ballistics, GOC has advanced suits and weapons.
Another issue with the warfund system is we never have enough money to begin with so abuse with these jobs would be rare.

(and the choice i made for this to only be on US is because of the skill difference between UK's foundations and US's. I play the US server and i don't know what the UK ci needs in terms of balance because i rarely go on that server. But as it stands the CI over on US could use a buff in terms of warfund options)
 
I am typically against CI buffs but this is a little different, (CI should be guided into being a insurgency, not a army in my opinion.)
Things like a hacking upgrade, where you get a few more chances or a shorter cooldown, or a ammo bag (Just make sure it doesn't give grenadier ammo) really wouldn't make CI stronger in combat, It would help them be more efficient in raids though. it would help them to perform different tactics, instead of the typical blitz play. Though this should be at a immense cost, to encourage CI to save up for raids to do them better, instead of raiding every cooldown.

I'm split on this, And ultimately it's hard to say if I support it without a concrete implementation idea. With numbers on how much it would cost.
Though I think this is something that certainly should be looked at.
