Hello @Ziknight , Welcome to our servers!
Leveling up is pretty simple, When you first start the server you can gather D-Class XP by collecting scrap, You can also get a nice chunk of dclass XP by participating in tests organized by researchers by being credited.
Other form of XP such as combat, research, and support can be obtained passively by simply playing the job, for example, Combat XP is gained by killing hostiles in CI raids, research xp can be gained by crediting D-Class via !credit, support xp can be gained by healing people as a medic.
Lastly, MTF and CI are both tryout based, You would need to participate in a tryout and pass it to be in the regiment, Tryout are announced both in-game and in designated discord channels, You would need to join our discord to know when are tryouts being hosted.

Once you are combat level 10 and total 30 you can attend a chaos tryout. If you are combat 20 and total 40 you can attend an mtf tryout
