What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
During my time as a Gensec captain, when I started helping new cadets, I helped those who were under my command improve themselves with the goal of making them able to then have the facilities to be able to have the choice of what they wanted to do next while having the required skillset, which is required for positions in MTFs or maybe other departments such as IA or DEA. As a captain, I also need to be able to give out orders in high-stress situations in mere moments of time, such as in sweeps etc.
Regarding my time in GOC, I was a SGT, and I held the rank of co-leader for a team that dealt with passive RP, where myself and the leader would go to meetings on behalf of GOC. We met with people, such as members of SA and SC, where we went over various topics. I would often escort and guard doors; sometimes I would also hold some of the meetings where we had discussions of the SCP's, Breaches, and other important stuff that could take part in future RP.
During my time in both GOC and GSD, I have been able to gain a skill set that is that of an OSA. These skills include being a representative on behalf of a GOI/A-specific set of people and also being able to make decisions when needed in both low- and high-stress situations. From my time in GOC as a representative, I have been able to get a sense of passive RP, which is similar to that of an OSA regarding being a representative.

Departmental Help: | If a member of the Overseer council is unavailable than it is the Overseer Assistant’s job to take place of and help with what they can for the department that is requesting any of the Overseers making sure to report all of whats needed to the Council. |
Authorization: | Overseer Assistants are some of the most vital members during a bad breach if they are the only high clearance Foundation members that are able to authorize Advanced Armory. They are to assess the situation and size of the breach and decide whether to or not authorize Advanced Armory for MTF groups. IF they are the highest clearance that is allowed to authorize it. |
Roleplay: | Overseer Assistants are looked at as people who have the intent to RP. It is needed for them to be professional and make sure to engage in RP as well as start some RP situations around the site whenever they can to bring more immersion to the game. |
Gathering of Chems: | Overseer Assistants should work with A-1 often to make sure they are stocked up on chemicals, whether its samples per O5 orders or its making sure that the facilities amnestics are stocked up so theres no chance of running out of any sort of chems. |
Investigation: | It is part of the Overseer Assistant’s job to sniff out any potential suspicious activity within the Foundation and their Departments, that could be corrupt Gensec Captains or could even corrupt MTF members. |
Documentation: | Another main job for Overseer Assistant’s are to go around and make reports on each department within the foundation. Talk with the leaders of the Departments and ask questions about their department, stuff that could be fixed, any ideas on changes within the department |
