Why are you applying for internal security inspector:
After coming back a short while ago, I've started loving the ISD again. There is so much RP potential in being a CL4 in the ISD. Just as an Investigator, I am able to create so much RP, and with CL4, the potential gets even bigger. I love helping Agents and Investigators, and with a CL4 position, I believe that I can once again help people more within the ISD.
What makes you suitable for Inspector:
I believe a key part of what makes me suitable for an Inspector is the fact that I served as a Commissioner for a while, where I gained a ton and ton of experience on how to play the ISD role. I understand that the server is RP-based and that sometimes you have to take a loss to increase the RP and fun for everyone around. I love helping everyone regardless of their rank I will listen to any of their problems and attempt to help them to the best of my ability. Just as I used to do as a Commissioner, whether people message me on Discord or in-game, I am always there to help.
What do you think describes an ideal internal security inspector?:
I believe a good Inspector is someone who is professional and understands that CL4 is a different story than CL3 due to the increased roleplay expectations and professionalism required. Professionalism in the ISD, especially as an Inspector, isn’t just about taking tasks seriously—it’s about going beyond the standard. This means understanding the rules deeply, assisting others effectively, remaining fair and unbiased toward friends, and, most importantly, being a strong leader who makes RP fun and enjoyable for everyone, or at least attempts to make it fun for all parties involved.
How many major, Roleplay-serving documents have you written?
At this point, I've created countless RP documents. As DoR, I've made over 20 as an Inspector, I've made many and as a Commissioner, I've made several. Currently, as an Investigator, I've been working on an RP document that will be found on a researcher (the specific researcher is currently being chosen). The plot involves the researcher working for a different secret company and selling information to them using special encryption. The ISD will have to solve this encryption to get closer to the radio frequencies and make arrests.
The content should be engaging, keeping readers interested throughout the entire read. Maintaining a high standard in documents ensures that their content is clear and easily understood. Documents should have minimal grammatical errors. I would also recommend using liners, though this is optional, as some people prefer them.
What are the Responsibilities of the internal security inspector in RP?:
Inspectors serve as CL4 Foundation personnel, which means they should stay professional and are members of the ISD Leadership. While they share core duties with agents and investigators—such as administering FLC discipline, investigating personnel, and assisting at checkpoints—they also have additional responsibilities. They guide and support agents and investigators, ensuring the ISD performs at its best doing teaching's and discipline. Inspectors also assist/handle the recruitment, training, and assisting in the development of new members. They carry out specialized tasks such as managing infiltrations or conducting investigations. Very importantly, they uphold all CL4 duties, including manning teslas and lights, managing blast doors, and leading positive interactions/relations across departments.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I believe that, due to my previous leadership experience on the server, I would be a great fit for ISD leadership. I’ve previously demonstrated professionalism in the ISD as a Commissioner and an Inspector. I have assisted many ISD Agents with their arrests, trainings, lectures, and personal issues. Whenever any department had complaints about myself or others, I took the time to listen to the person and write down the specific issues. I always brought these up in our meetings to discuss and solve the problems, and I continually self-reflect to see how I could have handled those situations better.
When I was the only DoR, I showed that I could bring back a department and fix its health issues, even under pressure and with minimal support from Executives due to low numbers when I started. I personally trained a group of Executives, which lowered the workload and brought RSD into a much better position. Seeing some of those Executives eventually become Directors made me incredibly proud and happy.
I've shown myself to be a great mentor some of the people I taught are still holding CL4 positions in the ISD even after months of my absence, and some of the documents I created are still in use today.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Niko Murk will attempt to gather as much dirt as possible on the Ethics Committee, as he knows that IE and Ethics are involved in shady activities. He believes both parties are involved far more than it shows on paper, particularly in how they blindly follow execution orders and care more about an assistant's protection than the safety of the facility itself.
He will investigate Ethics as thoroughly as he can, attempting to get close to them to uncover all their illegal operations. He plans to create a small squad of people loyal to the FLC who will stand against any corrupt Ethics personnel sparing neither assistants nor full members. He will try to organize tribunals against any corrupt IE or Ethics staff. If that is not possible through standard channels, he will attempt to push the charges through Floor 3 and Site Administration.
However, if he believes that the criminals are still walking free, he will establish "shadow courts." He will kidnap the individuals in question and force them to answer for their crimes in a secret court where the judge cannot be bribed or threatened. This court will feature a prosecutor seeking the death penalty, alongside a fair defense lawyer. If the accused is found innocent, both the defendant and the lawyer will be amnesticated and released with a fabricated cover story. Otherwise, the guilty party will be executed for their crimes against humanity.
