Hiya everyone. It's been a very long time, but to those who still recognise me I'm going to be leaving CN. To answer why, there's a couple of reasons. I've been here for 3 years, I'm burnt out at the moment, lots of the people I've known have left, dealing with the stress of certain things, and truly I'm just tired of a lot of things. I won't be making my time out on this server to be a completely bad thing however, as although there are things I disagree with and don't like, this server brought me a lot of great things, so I'll briefly touch on them.
CI unironically made me more social. In the past I had engaged in SCP SL Communities (it's how I got here!) but they were mostly composed of friends at the time, but joining CI got me talking to loads of people. Originally I was going to leave the server at first, but godbless Aki who made me want to stay. I was really shy at first, but as I went up the ranks and was forced to lead as MRU-SL, I ended up becoming a lot more social and confident in talking to people. I will say I did weep tears whenever Tactician and Bolt were removed, but in the end it ended up helping me push forward and being a lot more social. Most fun I had on this server was when I was BCOM -> MCOM for my first time. Did light RP where I could, had fun leading, was locked in on hacking, and had lots of people to talk to.
Another shoutout goes to GM for just being awesome. Ended up meeting a lot of awesome people through it, and had a lot of fun. Shockingly I joined GM at first to give CI more RP so Foundation would shut up about it, however I realised giving CI a consistent RP source in-between raids and during them was (and still is) impossible, so I just went and did my own things. Cool people in the GM team who inspired me to join are Julien, Napoleon and Bill. The most important thing that people will likely know me for is The Diver, and oh boy am I grateful. Cheers to Ryan, Claire & Raiden for all their involvement in it, but I am very glad I got to run an event storyline that was based on player choices as well as the entity's with no real 'plan' behind any of it. Very happy to of seen that it went well, and that it created a lot of fun between people which wouldn't of happened elsewise.
I'll also say it here and now, but whenever I resign from a position and genuinely think about it for 3-4 minutes, and even before that my mind has already been made up. Done it for every single role I've held, for the simple reason that I never want to hold a role I genuinely don't enjoy. For that I do apologise for the suddenness of my resignation for anyone who enjoyed my presence.

Cade - Extremely kind and mature person who has had to deal with so much on their time through here. Bless your soul.

Synergy - So relaxed and nonchalant, can you read me a book or something?
Malia - Don't think I've ever told you, but I really enjoyed being around you. Felt like I could relate to you loads in terms of your autism. Wish I interacted with you more.

Bobertoso - Oh my god this guy is actually the best
Shortstop - People probably don't know you, but you're really smart and cool. Wish people paid more attention to you even with your timezone creating difficulty, but you were a pleasure to work with, even if I didn't understand most of it.
Poli - Although we don't talk much anymore I always saw you like a brother or cousin I could vibe with. Glad I got to share loads of fun with you.
Aimee/Sophia - Similar to Poli, you felt like a sibling when we played and interacted together. Hope you're doing well, you can do great things.
Trashbin/Crimson - You'll always be a hardstuck E-11 CPL to me...
Dragon/Skywing - Progressed through our ranks at the same rate, yet somehow one of us got Commander. Hope you had fun on here, and holy fuck your voice is deep.
Biscuits - Stupid little goober guy, glad you spent most your time on the server simply having fun.
Blunder - Really good friend, interacting with you was always a joy.
CI
Most of my fun on the server comes from here, even if I don't talk to the people from here anymore. Watched so many people come and go, basically a different place at this point. Thanks to everyone on this list for making it something special.
Aki - Main reason I stayed in this server at first. Really fucking awesome and gave me the confidence to keep playing and interacting with people. Cannot thank you enough.
Darren - Blacklisted player jumpscare! Hopefully you're gone enough from CN after all this time, but outside all the evil BL player acts, you were really nice to interact with. People always called you toxic and a dickhead, but lowkey you were nice to talk with. Hope life treats you well.
Johnson - I swear this guy went through actual character development from the guy who did breach raids every second of his life to where he is now. CI couldn't be in a better position without him.
Tactician - Stupidly inactive CI Commander, yet still my favourite one.
Kane/Bolt - Autistic and amazing to be around, wish you were more active on CI.
Saint - I have nothing specific to say you're just really awesome
Jam - Glad you take this server as a hobby rather than a job, while still bringing in real effort and ideas.
Richard - My favourite nihilist. Uber-smart brain, use it well.
Snow - Agent from the shadow council. You are probably one of the least likely people to see this, but I hope you had fun during your time in CI.
Timoth/Neptune - Lowkey I still feel like an asshole for resigning from LTCOM when I did. You should've gotten it, and I feel partly selfish for it, even if we did joke about it a bit.
Solaz - Swear you work in the shadows half the time. Really talented and sound lad.
Saphira/Dale - Got DELCOM at the same time, and you did amazing in TEU. Saddened you resigned so soon, wish I could've interacted with you much more during that period but it was still fun.
Oreo - Like Saphira, got DELCOM at the same time. You were stupidly mingey but holy fuck you were funny. Stay safe dude.
Blue - Sorry if it ever appeared like I was just hating on you for the love of the game. I understood you felt that way about me and Neptune at one point, and I never got to say sorry for it. Glad you made it well in CI and went from a stupid minge to an SL and a MCOM.
Lawliet - This guy actually just vanished from CI one day at Delta and I was so confused.
Viper - John Juggernaut right here. Can't believe we actually had a Qatar prince in CI.
Von Oxide - Best MRU that could ever be. Cannot believe you were a complete minge in CI until you joined MRU. I am so glad you were able to enjoy CI to it's fullest.
Rowday - this guy is a cat in real life
Barry - Cool guy to interact with.
Floridian - Despite everything you dealt with, I hope you had fun playing CI.
Robin - This guy is the spinning example of what people think your average CI player is. You're still brilliant either way.

After grinding CI I decided to play some Combat Medic to get some Foundation interactions within me, and I'm glad I did. Can't believe some people play just CI and miss out on the majority of people. Here's people in the department who I thought were pretty cool.
Vex - My Combat Medic brother. Amazing how much effort you put in as just a CM. Stay safe.
Cuddles - Very glad to see you constantly doing cool stuff with pac3, keep it up.
