Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned?: Warned twice, once for FailRP the other for RDM
Why should you be unbanned: I should be unbanned because I want this off my record for the reason being it was false, I was told to change my name because it was naming a con, so I did, I changed it to "Joe Bartolozzi" and I was originally being warned for naming a con because that also was naming a con, then I typed in OOC chat saying "Joe Bartolozzi naming a fucking con? Im going to gaminglight" and then the sit taker said he was told to ban me for NITRP, maybe I pissed the power trippers off and they authorized it but i dont know, i shouldnt have this on my record because 1. Its false because i was in a sit the whole time and its not NITRP, I did have intention to roleplay the whole time, Maybe provide proof that I had no intention to roleplay because i was not in an RP situation when he told me to ban me for it.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I will read over the rules again and make sure I dont break any of the rules
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Its a fun server, the ban is only for 12 hours I just dont want it on my record because its false

I was dealing with your name as a naming conventions as Joe Bartolozzi is a popular tiktok member with millions of followers and views. Regardless I issued the warning and after you said "I'm going to gaminglight." I asked in staff chat if I could do anything about it and @Canoon was the super admin who told me to ban you for NITRP. I hope that clears up the situation as you shouldn't be saying you're going to another server due to a fact that a staff member warned you.

You said that you were going to go to another server after I issued a warning. I already had confirmation to issue the ban by SSL orders. It didn't really look like you were willing to RP after you said that in ooc.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

It was evident on your time on the server this morning, that you weren't intending on engaging with RP. You were spoken to a number of times about naming yourself after famous people (including World leaders) and then when you were told straighten up, you started going off in OOC , stating you were going to gaminglight.

You may re-appeal in 2 weeks​
