Rule Suggestion No admin memes in mess-hall and no stickers

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Remove Admin+ ability from posting gifs/images and remove the users ability from posting stickers.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
No more cringe...
No more filling up the chat with images...

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
The cringe lords might cry.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because a clean cringe-free Mess-hall is needed!
