Denied Non-hostile SCP tesla gate

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Makes it so that Non-hostile/wandering SCPs ( and 079 ) do not get zapped by tesla gate. (With the exception of 912 as it is only sometimes non-hostile)

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
It can happen where non-hostile SCPs will run into the tesla gate to try and trick people into dying to it
Non-hostile SCPs/079s can use it to spam audio with no consequences whatsoever due to them all being infinite health.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Can't think of any, though I'm sure there will be some below.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe it would just overall improve the server and stop people who wish to minge on Wandering SCPs from doing so.

Btw when a scp goes in a gate as the same time someone else the red zap doesn’t kill people so you can walk past it with no problem, but yea it would be nice.

I think when 079 breaches he should be able to trigger it, with a cooldown and no red as it would make sense.
