- I have never been kicked or banned. The only warnings that I got recently was shooting a MTF while still contained as type green (few days after he came out so I was new to the role) and accidentally false info breaching as a parawatch.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:
-Currently, I don't have much experience with being staff member in a community. I used to be a discord moderator for a youtuber's server (Dawson Productions) but it mostly just consisted of me muting trolls and not much else. Currently, I am not a staff member in any gmod community, though I am looking to change that with this application.
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
- I have about 6 years of experience with serious RP. Over the years I used to play gmod RP servers that where very similar to Civil Networks. I always follow the rules on those servers and never really have to bother with getting warned much. I also never minge unless it's allowed in certain instances.
How many hours can you be on everyday?:
- Since I am currently taking online summer college classes, I can be on for about 6-8 hours a day. Next fall when I go to my dorm my playtime might dwindle down to about 4 hours a day depending on how intense my college classes will be.
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
- I want to become a moderator for this server because I see lots of potential in it. Every role is designed brilliantly, and most of the roles against the foundation are pretty balanced and don't feel too oppressive. I want the server to become even better than it is right now, and help players who are having a hard time in game with their problems, whether it be minging, metagaming, or if they feel someone broke a rule that ruined their experience. I want to help as many people as possible enjoy this server to it's fullest.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?: I believe that I am a great candidate for this server due to the fact that I am extremely unbiased and would not give anyone any unnecessary leeway just because I like them. As staff, I would treat everyone equally, and judge them based on the situation at hand, and not by the person. I am also a huge believer in self-improvement, and would happily take any criticism from any staff member regarding how I handle the job.
