Denied Nu-7 with elastic restraints.

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It would make it so all of the cl3 Nu-7 jobs have elastic restraints

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I've looked a while, and I haven't seen any posts about this.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
If a parawatch is in facility, instead of waiting for DEA to come and take them, Nu-7 can bring them to interrogation room or hand them off to a DEA.

In case of a CI raid, if we revive a CI, we can cuff him right after that and bring them to interrogation.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
I do not see any negatives to this.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think it should be accepted because it would boost the quality of life for Nu-7 NCO's and Enlisted, I have had countless moments where I needed restraints and had to go to a dispenser to get one.
