Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in: Sammy Bishop, a 25 year old man born in England with german grandparents who fled to England during WW2 and a relatively normal childhood. He did not get a College Degree, due to his unwillingness to study, but due to his talent in carrying out orders and being willing to do good things he started working for the police when he was 19. After 4 years of service he was fired for trying to interfere with the business of a corrupt police captain. After this ordeal he was contacted by an unknown organization who has noticed his achievements and offered him a job. With nowhere to go, he accepted their offer and enlisted into the SCP Foundation, he started off as a Security Cadet, but with his high effort and his high sense of ethics he was quickly moved to the Department of Internal Affairs. But he felt like he could do more, so he decided to work his way up to directly assist those who have most control about the ethics that are being enforced. The Ethics Comitee
