Denied Nuke Room Raid Requirements

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion adds a limit / requirement that needs to be met before CI or any other GOI can raid the nuke room or even think of getting authorisation on doing a raid. It would entail a requirement of at least 4+ A1 to be online for a nuke room raid to be allowed ( Numbers can be changed ) as the nuke room is meant to be a very valuable thing to get a hold of.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Makes nuke room raids way more fair on both sides
Makes it way more fair on the foundations side as if a nuke room raid gets authorised and there are little to no Alpha-1 online then it gives CI free reign for money or certain pay-outs for accomplishing something which is extremely easy to do when there is little to no one online.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Makes it harder for CI to nuke room raid ?

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It overall just improves everyone's experience both ISD's and CI's along with anyone else who partakes in this event / occurrence. I can get that CI are pretty mad right now with how usual nuke room raids go with doing things like where different regiments will not value the nuke room raid in its entirety and to combat this / make it more fair to CI I would suggest making it so a larger cash pay out or a trade is given.

im getting tired of seeing ci raid nuke room when there is little to no A1 on to defend. it is unfair for us, the foundation, and the O5 when CI can get in there with little to no resistance and get some free money out of holding the nuke hostage

Requirements need to be put in place to prevent this as its a very very sensitive room holding a nuclear bomb and if we cant defend it due to lack of numbers then they shouldn’t be able to go in there

Nuke room raids are already currently a thing that can happen. What this suggests is saying is to make it harder for CI to auth them (by making it so A1 have to actively be able to push it back instead of no A1 needing to be on, effectively giving CI a free route into Nuke Room)
+Support btw. CI getting into nuke room for free and just mass killing everyone for free is not fun or funny in any way. Just remove being able to do it in the first place

The suggestion puts in place rules/requirements that prevent a raid of SCOC when no A-1 are available.

CI already have requirements to raid the nuke room, they need SL approval to do and a reason in the raid. It is rare for CI to even raid the nuke room. Raiding the nuke is a waste of a MR in my opinion due to MTF always rushing in without any cautions where the nuke could be detonated IC.

As Luft said, there's no need to set a specific requirement, as the Senior Admin+ that approves already takes alot of stuff into account before allowing it.
