Would make a great addition to the council
 
Pennington is the single best O5 Member I have ever seen, he knows when to leave certain regiments and departments be and when to step in. This comes from a place of personal experience as I served under him for a time before all the stuff that went on in the council, both myself and every single Overseer during my time when Pennington was -1 would agree with my (yes I've checked with certain blacklisted people). What happened in the past with Pennington is absolutely long gone and I can also speak from personal experience from when I was O5 this year. Furthermore, Pennington is among the best role-players the community has to offer his perspective on RP is something that I am confident that the server needs.

This will come as biased due to how long I've known you, but I don't honestly think there would be anyone more suited.
Pennington is super capable of being a strong leader and an amazing roleplayer.

I hope it isn't considered taboo to vote on other ongoing applicants, but come on, it's Pennington. I've been with him since the O5 days and I can personally vouch for his ability to lead, work in a team and just be a damn good ear when needs be, and he's very honest about his capabilities and opportunities. I think he'll make a perfect council member, please get him in.
