Accepted oil and citizol-q

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds a new chemical recipe involving Oil

Oil + ???(expensive base chem probably) = Citizol-Q

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Oil gets another purpose instead of being a £600 lump on the chemist
- A Cheaper alternative to spending $2k on Citizol-Q
- more gas grenades

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- more gas grenades

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Oil has no purpose as of current, never seen it used at all just ever and alot of people have complained about the steep price of gas grenades, this is kinda a solution to both.

Gas Grenades, hyped for 1 week and it was like instantly dropped. Why? shits too expensive, maybe mixing two Chems or more but its technically cheaper then buying it from the chemist? Good idea!
