To make the background story short, PAM and the majority of civs beat the crap out of foundation on US and now have pretty much full CL2 knowledge, an ingame sarkic cult group grew pretty hard, A dude RP'ing as an ORIA black ops arms dealer happened, and pinewood is basically tarkov. Now is this a dedicated civ meat riding post? No, im just saying RN this could be a goofy ah thing that comes out of nowhere or be followed up on by people as an actual situation to have fun with for a bit. I will admit that just saying we have ORIA contact out loud in this kinda ruins the point.
