What does this suggestion change/add/remove: Fix the Awful Performance Issues on the server

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?: Most Likely.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- The Server runs smoother.
- More Enjoyable player experience

Possible Negatives of the suggestion: None

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted: 99% of people on this server have issues with the performance on the server whether that be in combat or even while roleplaying. I think that there should be a hard look at all problems that could be causing this terrible server performance even if that means removal of some unused content or anything un needed to improve performance.

GMOD is a game older than like 90% of CN players. It was first released in 2004. The architecture is just not there to keep up with the modern development standards, we probably just have to suffer through it or just need a total revamp of the whole server (site 9??)
