Clearly a Minge application by the looks of the way you have put this together.

You essentially reused your original app. In which Cloak (who denied you) explained you need to put more detail into your application and elaborate on the fact you are "Really good at server rules" and "I want to help do sits". He also had said that these were likely untrue. and that you need to take this serious if you wish to be given a chance at staff

After checking your warnings in-game as you stated "ive recieved warnings because i broke rules. Not that many though as i have good rule knowledge" It doesn't seem "many warnings" to me and you put zero effort into your application which gives enough reasons to deny this application.

however, this doesn't mean you can't reapply I highly recommend you to look at applications that were accepted and see how they wrote their application.
