What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I believe I am the best candidate for Overseer Assistant because throughout my time on the server, I have gained knowledge on how everything works.
My current role, has taught me to remain impartial no matter who the person is i am helping. No matter my own personal feelings towards the person i still have to provide support and continue doing my duties.
I have spent time learning and understanding the role Overseer Assistant plays on site and what their duties are.
My favourite part of the server is making roleplay for people. I always try my hardest to include everyone who can be included in RP while also understanding that some people might not be able to be included for clearance reasons and if this is the case i explain it to them nicely that they can not help but if they keep it up eventually they will be able to.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
OSA are the entry point to speaking with F3 and need to always be professional and respectful for people to trust them with their issues.
To carry out all orders given by the O5 Council:
The main responsibility of Overseer Assistants is to do what the O5 council tells them to. This could be signing and creating and looking over documents, attending a meeting in their stead, general information gathering or assisting other departments the council member wants you to. No matter what it is, the OSA is to complete it the best they can.
Clearance 4 Duties:
An OSA is still a Jr CL4 Site member so all of the same duties apply whether that is activating electrical teslas during an SCP breach, using the CCTV system to help combative staff search for a hostile, closing and opening the blast doors around the site at the start and end of a breach, Authorising AA to the combative staff members on site.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
I wish to become an Overseer Assistant to continue helping the site any way I can. My time as a consultant has given me experience in how to lead a group of people and how to RP effectively without excluding or ignoring someone, being a consultant has also taught me how documents work on site 65 and how to make professional looking documents.
I understand the responsibility I would be taking on if I became an OSA and I know I will be able to handle it.
