- Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
The concept of GOC is very interesting and unique in the SCP universe while most originations want to either contain anomalies or use them, GOC wants to Protect Humanity at any cost, I want to see this universe from their eyes.
I also want a new experience on the server, A new start in something never tried before, I want to focus not just on full RP like OSA or full combat like A-1, I want something in the middle and I feel like GOC gameplay will suit me very well.
- Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
The GOC was created in the aftermath of WWII, from the remnants of defecting occultists, psychics, and scientists From Nazi, Soviet, and Allied states, brought together and formed by the allies, to ensure Humanity's survival against the Paranatural and those who would seek to use it to harm mankind.
- What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
PHYSICS Division
The GOC's Combative division, It consists of Assessment Teams and Strike Teams, Assessment Teams Investigate and observe Parathreats, While Strike teams are heavily armed GOC Operators with the Mission to Capture/Eliminate Parathreats. PSYCHE Division
The GOC's diplomatic Division. which serves as a Connection with the paranormal community, and tries to keep peace with other paranormal powers, It consists of Special Observers and Ambassadors, Special Observers Are agents tasked with Observation of investigations for possible emergent Parathreats, While Ambassadors are tasked with Maintaining diplomatic contacts with non-hostile occult powers.
PTOLEMY Division
The GOC's support Division. Its tasked with supporting the other Divisions of the GOC and maintaining the smooth operation of the organization, Consists of Quartermasters and Research and Development Teams, Quartermasters Supply the GOC with everything they need from combat equipment to food, While R&D Teams develop new technologies to Quartermasters.
- What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
First Mission: Survival
The Global Occult Coalition shall hold the survival of the human race against all threats paranormal, parascientific, and Paratemporal as their highest mission, superseding all others.
Second Mission: Concealment
the Global Occult Coalition shall conceal the existence of said Parathreats from the general public, as exposure of said threats could lead to mass panic and, eventually, massive casualties in the wider civilian population.
Third Mission: Protection
Although considered expendable if necessary in pursuit of the First Tow Missions, The GOC shall protect human individuals whenever possible.
Fourth Mission: Destruction
As the existence of Parathreats is in itself anathema to the survival of the human race, no unnecessary risks are to be taken to ensure the survival of Parathreats.
Fifth Mission: Education
The Global Occult Coalition shall make every effort to expand the base of knowledge regarding Parathreats, To get a better understanding of those threats and how to safely Destroy them as long as it does not go against the four previous statements.
- Please explain The Seventh Occult War:
The Seventh Occult War was a supernatural Shadow war that ran Parallel to the Second World War, largely fought between the Allied Occult Initiative, operated by the allied forces, and the Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps, which fought on the side of the Axis powers and primarily Nazi Germany, TheObskurakorps was trying to perform a ritual known as "The Rite of Solomon" that would bring upon a God-like entity called "Demiurge" that have the ability to bend reality, The Obskurakorps wanted to weaponize the entity against all "Non-Aryan" individuals, The SCP Foundation found out about this from a captured Obskurakorps Commander and launched a Joint operation alongside The Allied Occult Initiative and they managed to stop The Obskurakorps ending the 7th Occult War.
- What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
In a universe filled with groups that are looking to Contain, Free, and use anomalies the GOC stands out among them as the group that is not scared to destroy those anomalies if means saving lives, they view those anomalies as a threat to the normal world and the human race while others might worship them, The GOC is viewed most of the time as the necessary evil of anomalies world in this universe but no one can argue that their methods work (most of the time) which gives the organization a unique and simple concept with a realistic point of view
