Hello! I would like to get my pac3 approved.
Annie is a wind-bending elf currently serving as a Senior Researcher within the SCP Foundation. She was found alone as a child deep within a forest during heavy rain, with no records of who her real parents were or where she originally came from. A human family took her in and raised her, but Annie always stood out from everyone around her. Unlike the rest of her adoptive family, she had visible elven features, most noticeably her long pointed ears. Because of this, she was often treated as strange and grew up feeling isolated from others.
Elves of her kind can live up to a thousand years, making Annie, at 22 years old, still considered very young among her species. From a young age, she showed an unusual fascination with wind, weather, and nature. During her teenage years, her anomalous abilities began manifesting, eventually allowing her to manipulate air currents around her body. She can create small gusts of wind, soften falls, silence movement, and slightly alter airflow in enclosed spaces. So far, wind manipulation is the only ability she has fully discovered and learned to control.
The SCP Foundation first noticed Annie after several minor incidents involving unexplained drafts, objects moving without cause, and witnesses reporting unusual wind patterns around her. Instead of being permanently contained, Annie willingly cooperated with the Foundation and eventually earned the rank of Senior Researcher due to her intelligence, calm behavior, and unique understanding of anomalies.
Annie is highly observant, patient, and extremely intelligent. She learns quickly, remains calm under pressure, and notices details many others overlook. However, she struggles socially and often appears emotionally distant. Because of her long lifespan, she subconsciously views humans as temporary, making it difficult for her to form close relationships. She can also become arrogant toward inexperienced personnel and prefers isolation over teamwork. Her powers are tied closely to her emotions, meaning fear or anger can sometimes trigger sudden uncontrolled bursts of wind around her.
