The following tutorial and steps below it illustrate how to upload a file to pac3 for use, and what link to use. But first, a real quick explanation into why this should be done.
Github is more efficient for custom content hosting than Dropbox, which often causes lag spikes when used a lot or when links fail to download.

Text instructions.
1. Create a Github account and sign in.
2. Create Repository.
3. Give it a name and ensure it is Public.
4. Upload files (Typically custom content is a .zip).
5. Click on the file.
6. Right click and click "Copy link address".
Your file link should look something like this:
It should not look like this:
7. Open your pac3 in game.
8. Post that link into your pac's model or entity.
9. All done now, Enjoy your pac
