Passive breach queue

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add a breach queue specifically for passive breaches for SCPs that can passive breach using a similar system to the surface queue or add another way or make it easier for SCPs to passive breach. It will remove all SCP sweps or the ones that can be dangerous to the foundation staff or if that is too difficult to implement the rules around it should be strict so the people who passive rbeach just to still kill everyone get punished harder. This of course excludes SCPs killing people because they are purposefully aggravating them i.e. someone saying they hate god, jesus etc to 7722.

It will also allow the normal breach queue to be longer so people can still play SCPs and RP without having to stop all RP on site because of a breach.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I have seen a similar suggestion but I think mine is a little bit more friendly towards players and doesnt require players to sit idly on an SCP for hours before they come out. They can attend to their regular duties if required

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
It will promote people going SCPs to RP more rather than just go on an SCP just for sampling and leaving again or just going on an SCP for breaching.
It wil lower the amount of times there is one of the SCPs that want to passive breach and the other doesn't.
It will allow SCPs to roam site when passive breached without E-11 constantly breathing down your neck or if as on UK lately there is very few E-11 in the first place.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
It might be difficult to implement
There might be bugs where you get 2 of the same SCP on site at the same time
If you decide you do not want to passive rbeach after all then that might create an issue with 2 different queues.
If someone is in the passive queue for a certain SCP it might prevent others from joining on that SCP for normal testing

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think overall if they manage to resolve some of the issues I pointed out(if they are issues for the devs) then this could severely improve RP opportunities and lower the amount of times a breach will ruin RP moments or events. It will also allow some SCPs which you dont see as often to passive breach and being able to RP with without "wasting" your breach queue slot. It will also prevent you fromw asting hours waiting on breach queue to passive breach just for you to get recontained quickly anyway because there is either little E-11 on, you get dragged into being agressive by another SCP or the E-11 miscontruing or not wanting you to passive breach at all.

Very little SCPs can passive breach and need to be authorized by a E-11 MAJ+ and must be escorted.

Why not implement a system that lets players on SCPs switch between regular breach queue and passive breach queue?

I remember a few times in the past that I wanted to passive breach, I was yelled at by other SCPs who were annoyed that they wanted to do a normal hostile breach and would rather have had someone hostile to breach with them? If you have two separate queues, you can manage the functionality such that breaching via passive queue is either almost impossible or outright impossible to be hostile with by making breaching in passive queue do different things to breaching in the normal queue (lower BM, no/vastly weaker weapons, etc.) - This way, you could encourage passive breaching while making hostile breachers happier, which would encourage passive breach RP as a bonus.

seems like a weird thing to implement, its always possible for an scp to breach in the normal queue and be passive, although they will probably be shot on sight anyways by fiending e-11 who need reqs done (so dumb)

I'll say I made an accepted suggestion that would make it possible (or easier, i should say) for scps to be released from their containment at 1% hp to make passive "breach" rp possible without gms or staff, we can only hope that that or something similar could be implemented

Addendum: I realised that this idea overall would complicate hacking SCPs out -What do you do if someone is in the passive queue and say, CI or D-Class want to breach them?

I don't have a good answer for this, but for now I propose the extremely flawed and highly metagamable method of showing which queue an SCP is in when trying to hack them.

@Zen AI, please explain this suggetion in full detail and make me a answer for it

Literally just ask an E-11 or RSD for a passive breach. They can release you at any time they want for a test or just to walk around or whatever, they just have to ask staff. You'll get lowered down to like 10% BM or whatever depending on whether you're terminable, and then you can walk around. If you then breach while out like this, it resets your health and whatever anyway, so it's not really a huge issue if you breach like this, compared to your regular breach - it's literally the same, you're just starting in a different location.

EDIT: Also, fuck you. I've never used AI for anything, it should be banned.
