What is the case against you?:
Site Administration has decided to deny your demotion appeal and escalate your punishment to an O5+ blacklist. This decision is based on a pattern of concerning behavior over the past few months, with no signs of improvement. You have made multiple attempts to rally the E-11 CO team against E-11 Regimental Command, specifically targeting individuals such as Tony Stewart and Douglas. Additionally, you previously attempted to damage the reputation of a former Commander who disciplined you by sharing screenshots from the E-11 CO chat—even though SSL had already addressed the issue.
Your behavior has been consistently unacceptable, and due to the level of internal discord you have caused, Site Administration has concluded that E-11 is not the right place for you.

Somewhat. Listen ive become mingy but i don't think a blacklist is fair, I didn't like tony, and yes i didn't think he was fit for said position but, I never tried to rally the team yes i encouraged them to make reports to SA if they felt as if it was valid. Yes i made a gc but that was simply to get our ducks in a row then go to douglas, I attempted to talk to tony but it ended badly with us just disliking each other more, but did i ever go against douglas? no i did not I thought and still think he was a amazing person and commander. He made it fair and open to everyone and me and him are close friends aswell as other cos.

What is your side of the story?:
I dont think a blacklist is valid demotion yes I think thats valid. I simply just want to come back and play with my friends even if that means starting at private. I enjoy the E-11 community and I believe a fresh start is for the best, As it would allow me to relearn and reacclimate to the community. I never ment to be hateful to anyone and if i was I attempted to apologize/contact people involved. and it went ok. But i swear my goals of E-11 was not to attempt to overthrow regcom. I liked everyone i even made a note to tony i dont hate him and i believe we are all just human and we need to get along but that involves being fair. I personally think that both parties are in the wrong including myself for being unproffesional in some situations.. but main point is i dont think a blacklist and removal is fair. I just wish to come back as a CSG as that was my original demotion. and work my way up, please take this into consideration. because I love the community and I miss splaying with my friends, aswell as ive talked to multiple people involved in this situation and Change claimed he said i used to be toxic but changed. aswell as said in the meeting he was in it looked like people where attempting to find a way to remove me, people involved in the meeting where tony stewart, O5-4 and site admin, note change stated to them i had changed and was no longer toxic. so the statement of me being toxic i find to be fabricated. And from ex commanders " I have tried to "overthrow' they stated multiple roleplay leaders have wanted me removed. And I personally believe some of that could be true and untrue so im taking it with a grain of salt.
And im copying this from my last post to cover the allowing someone in without a test and the toxicity claims. Aswell as the gc
First to note. The letting someone into the regiment when they didn't take the test, I actually did provide him the test aswell as notified him of the error and to tell him to retake it. I wasn't able to handle it myself as I was busy at work but I informed him to go to another Co because I was unavailable the images 1-2 below proved this evidence. He is William sea btw
Next regarding toxicity, yes what I say can come off as toxic but I've discussed what I said with the other cos and explained my meanings to just be joking and they all agreed they knew it was a joke to begin with, so from that I believe that there was no reports and they are going off of their own thought without any investigation.
Then regarding DEA I mess with my friend betriv. He knows I'm messing with him he does it to me. I've never actually been hateful or mean to him. Aswell as ci, I'm literally in Ci and friends with people in CI leadership
Aswell to note, the group chat me and other cos made was simply to get all our issues accounted for then to go to tony which I did, And when I did tony quite literally recorded my complaints and sent it to multiple people and regiments which in return it was sent to me by someone who found it wrong to do (Video provided below )

I've spoken with doulas, I do not believe he was involved in learning about the case of toxicity against me, because change noted that he didn't believe Douglas was there, Aswell as douglas doesnt recall speaking with change. which stands that the only person there was tony, and considering me and tonys past id bet the story against me was fabricated, Aswell to note ive soken with tony COUNTLESS times about issues regaurding him and myself and not once did any of those talks go as planned ( note the 1 hour video that was sent around site considering it was a private co conversation ) Aswell to note, me and slipstreams issues subsided a long time ago and i consider him a good friend and me and his situation was simply misunderstood resulting in miscommunication and issues, but when we talked everything turned out well and me and him are friends, And to cover douglas, i never attempted to overthrow him he is a close friend, and a good guy and was always fair so that statement is 100% false.
