Hello, Pothead,Douglas and I had a very long discussion. We have come to the conclusion that you need to take a break from the server. We have given you a chance to come back and refresh, to work on yourself and become a better person. However, we have not seen any real improvement. Now, this isn't to say that you haven't done work for the regiment. That is not what we are saying at all; we do appreciate everything you have done for the regiment. However, your professionalism and the way you hold yourself have, to be completely frank, been terrible.To start from the beginning between you and me, the whole group chat situation was extremely unnecessary. Had you come to me and had a conversation instead of trying to plot and say things behind my back, it would have been a lot easier and ended a lot quicker.When trying to hold a conversation with me/Douglas, you are either constantly on a Discord call with other people or yelling at others to shut up, which isn't needed. The fact that you added someone to the regiment, even though he never finished the test properly, is another issue and quite unacceptable. We have the test and the tryout for a reason—there's no way to cheat the system. I have no idea why you still added him, even though he never took the test.The toxicity: We have had reports of you being toxic towards CI/DEA, especially on E-11, which is completely unacceptable. We have been constantly cracking down on professionalism, and to have a CO go and be toxic towards others is a bit ridiculous.With all this in mind, I would highly recommend that you resign honorably to take time to figure out your life and grow as a person. From what you have said and from what others have said, I think this would be the best option for you. If you refuse to resign on your own, we will have to dishonorably discharge you.E-11 Command Team

What is your side of the story?:
First to note. The letting someone into the regiment when they didn't take the test, I actually did provide him the test aswell as notified him of the error and to tell him to retake it. I wasn't able to handle it myself as I was busy at work but I informed him to go to another Co because I was unavailable the images 1-2 below proved this evidence. He is William sea btw
Next regarding toxicity, yes what I say can come off as toxic but I've discussed what I said with the other cos and explained my meanings to just be joking and they all agreed they knew it was a joke to begin with, so from that I believe that there was no reports and they are going off of their own thought without any investigation.
Then regarding DEA I mess with my friend betriv. He knows I'm messing with him he does it to me. I've never actually been hateful or mean to him. Aswell as ci, I'm literally in Ci and friends with people in CI leadership
Aswell to note, the group chat me and other cos made was simply to get all our issues accounted for then to go to tony which I did, And when I did tony quite literally recorded my complaints and sent it to multiple people and regiments which in return it was sent to me by someone who found it wrong to do (Video provided below )
To note aswell me being in discord calls, Half the time id talk to people i was playing a game with my friends I genuinely see no issue with that whatsoever
