What will you do to stop this from happening again: i will be honest here i can only promise to think before saying something and to think about the consequenzez and the reaction or what it could cause people that i said it to to consider their feeling too and think before talking what i did was completly wrong bad and disgusting what i said and it was very damn inapropriate

Why should you be unbanned: Because i see what i did wrong and rlly will better myself i would ask for that second chance and i can only promise that i see the flaws of myself and better myself in that department and stuop saying such stupid/hurtful words/things and think before talking and consider what it could cause the person im saying it to or how they could pick it up im sorry im very emotional now my severe aspergers is making writing this not any better too i would ask for your patience reading this im in a very emotional state here writing this

Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Because I very much enjoy roleplaying there, and I care about my the people that i have the pleasure to play with on your server and i regret my behavior against the player that i insulted so badly and i rrlly regreat it and there is no excuse for my behavior im just rlly done now and crying because i hurt somebody with my words very badly even though i didnt mean to hurt that person with my words and what i said i would like to get a second chance i rlly would i know that that is very unlikly because it was bad what i said but i still would like to get unbanned i will not repeat my actions and think before i talk your dear . Hello Paul,

In this situation a report was made against you for toxicity, in the situation you were acting very rudely towards the researcher you were talking to, in which you called him a "Pedophile" and said some other things that would be counted as ERP. I decided to give you the ban due to the fact that within the last 6 months this was your 3rd ban (Stacked bans) As well as the fact of severe toxicity in calling the person reporting you what you did say.

Thanks for taking the time to make an appeal.

After reviewing the evidence related to this incident as well as talking to yourself and the staff member involved I've come to a verdict. Now in relation to the evidence it does seem that you have ERP'd and been severely toxic to the member of the community in which reported this, however I do understand that you face difficulties engaging within emotional situations. In which within your future on the server if you cannot handle a situation then you should remove yourself in order to avoid them. After talking to you, you had seemed sincere and apologetic. With this I do feel that the ban can be reduced with the inclusion of an ERP warn being added on the basis that the evidence provided shows clear ERp.

Based on the above, I will reduce this ban by 3 days and add an ERP warning.
