Specialist Researcher, no idea if this counts as "whitelisted" but RCPT-Apprentice.

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I've received a warning/ban for RDM whilst playing as a d-class. I misunderstood the rules at the time.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:
I have long desired to expand my skillset within the foundation, as a Specialist I have been granted information on CL4 SCP's and my hunger for knowledge has grown, I want to be able to help my lovely department of RSD with approving sample documents and helping our lovely juniors at the same time.
The hunger for knowledge goes on and in my personal opinion it's vital to our future, being an executive not only will help me progress and discover new, exciting chemical formulas but will allow me to better aid those starting out and reduce the workload for our current executives who already work diligently.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
Aside from being apart of RSD and granted the temporary role of specialist, I believe my calm headed nature and interest in the bureaucratic nature of RSD/Experimentation makes me perfect for the role, I'm quite active so I can be there for when non RCPT members wish for a sampling document to be signed or have an inquiry over a certain SCP.
I do honestly believe not only would I help reduce the workload of our current executives but I could help better assist the nearing future as we progress more and more into the lovely light of ingenuity.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I sadly have not written any excellent graded documents, but I believe not only should it be well written and grammatically correct but with strong associating images/themes to the project at hand which inspires other researchers to maybe not copy but inquire new ideas around said paper progressing our department further.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
To ensure the RSD department are following the proper rules associated to our department, to sign of on sampling/written documents. To grade said documents on usability/level of skill. To ensure the branch doesn't "Fall" to a standstill and keeps progressing

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
"Dr Paul Von Fredson, hails from a nobility background and talks as such, as a young lad he was obsessed with the chemical formulas of the world and enjoyed the different reactions that the compounds produced."
"This prolonged his interest, and resulted him attending several lectures and going to university. But he soon grew tired, the known compounds were simple and everything was already discovered. He wanted to know more, complex, interesting, new formulas."
"So, he sought out exploring desperately going to every corner of the globe hoping for something new. After a while the foundation picked up on his travels and employed him into their services, from here he samples desperately finding the "new" formulas he desperately craved, as he progressed from jr to specialist he has learnt more yet the hunger for new knowledge continues..."
