What will you do to stop this from happening again. I have no idea why I was banned for LTAP It was an SCP breach and I was a Containment Specialist and the breached SCP (7722)

Why should you be unbanned: I was online during SCP breach and I was a Containment Specialist and the breached SCP (7722) was being recontained so I went to the hacking area to further improve my skills. My game crashed just as I was about to hack the level 3 terminal (See clip)
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: By joining back after my game crashed (It was pretty late where I live, about 11:30pm ish so I just decided to get off)
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I would like to come back to the server to continue my roleplay and further develop my character in rp.
