What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Make the Perma Flare Gun give you three rounds like it would if you got it from a dispenser.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't believe so.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Making it NOT a waste of 1000 VP.
People like researchers who do a lot of 939 sampling can then have more rounds without relying on other people and then get the samples they want.
The fact it makes no sense that it only gives you a single shot.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
People might shoot them more but even then ISD will just arrest them for misuse or give a citation for misuse.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It is rather unfair to only give a single round for a perma flare gun if getting one from a dispenser gives you three rounds, I don't think there really is a negative to what I have suggested. Really it's just copy pasting the code for giving a flare into giving 2 ammo as well instead of a flare gun so it is rather simple to add.
