What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I am the best candidate for overseer assistant because, although I am relatively new to leadership roles on the server, I can effectively manage projects and lead individuals in a team. While I initially struggle with stressful situations, I can regain my bearings and lead as usual after a short time. After noticing the quiet importance of the overseer council and the need for representatives to represent them in public affairs, I want to assist in every way possible.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Assist O5 in any possible way
- Be the public face for the Council such as watching and listening at all times.
- They are to maintain the CoC and ensure others follow its rules with the assistance of A-1.
- Approve tests when the overseer council are not available
- Assist combative roles with orders and non-combative roles with guidance during code black.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
I wish to become an Overseer Assistant because I want to assist the Overseer Council in any way possible by managing items on their docket that divert their attention from more important matters. While my time as an executive researcher has been brief, it has given me valuable insight into the management of the Foundation's research side of the house, and I want to use that knowledge to support other departments and regiments.

Peter St. Mary is a retired Captain with the United States Army working as a Judge Advocate General’s Corps Attorney working primarily in defending soldiers being faced with court-martials and allowing them to return to service without incident. After being deployed twice to Afghanistan and advising commanders in the law of armed conflicts and the rules of engagement when dealing with an insurgency, Peter chose to retire after eight years of service in Sequim, Washington.
Peter's extensive history with defending enlisted and officers from clear violations of the Geneva convention and allowing them to return to service scot-free drew the attention of the Overseer Council.
On a cold November night, Peter left the local bar after having one too many beers and decided to drive home. He only ended up getting about two miles away from the bar before being pulled over by police, taken into custody, and placed into a holding cell for driving under the influence. After spending a few hours in the cell, two individuals approached the cell Peter was in and had a short but insightful conversation about responsibility. Before leaving, the two individuals handed Peter a business card with an address to a warehouse in Port Angeles, Washington. After twelve hours in the holding cell, the Sequim Police Department let Peter go and never charged him with driving under the influence. After retrieving his car keys, he set off for Port Angeles in search of the warehouse.
