What roleplay have you created as of late and what was the impact?
Heya, on my phone at the moment so i'll expand later but as of right now im not long off my LOA so there was no RP involvement from myself during this although i still was active in discord with the jr ECA's when they needed help.
Since coming back with the upcoming IA/ISD update i held interviews with the IA members to ask them about the current state of things within their department and how they could be improved. I feel like this would make it seem rather than an update that we took feedback and changed their department as a whole.
Remmy has a GSD project ongoing which i am also involved in though i cant say much about it as its ongoing and i dont know his plan for it. i have composed an announcement regarding some things which need reminded to GSD after i held interviews and medical checkups with Dclass (this brought Dclass CL1-3 medical and CL1-3 GSD into a RP environment which isn't just testing/healing)
SD Pennington also has a medical order up which as of right now is being done by mainly CL1-3's regarding blood testing. I have taken the point of "lead" in which ive been assisting medical staff in how to do this (taking time to teach the lower CL staff how to do blood checks and documents)
I know these aren't "created" by myself but because im just off the LOA i haven't seen/had the opportunity to "make" something up myself and implement it as of yet however i do have some ideas, its just the right time to start them hasn't arisen yet for them to begin
I've een for quite a while also informing floor 3 on what ethics has been doing a time that it might be of note to the O5's this has involved A-1 CO's and 2 of the current O5's
