What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adjust the new phone system to either allow the manual randomization of a phone number, similar to radio frequencies, or automatically randomize the phone number upon server restart

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Prevents hostile factions from gathering a phone number and saving it in a document for the rest of time
Provides more infiltration RP for hostile factions during raids to gain access to the phones
Prevents overall lazy & lackluster infobreach RP
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Backlash from hostile factions that have already gained phone numbers from eachother
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This suggestion would add new life to infil, deepcover, DEA, and assessment RP, allowing them to go in daily or after a phone number is changed to gather the current numbers associated with each phone. With the current system, a hostile faction can have a single raid, gather up all of the phone numbers, and write them in an IC document, allowing them to permanently access any of those phones at any time as if they had a universal phone in their base.
