Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?: This server I feel could benefit from a handful of rule changes and additions that could help prevent rule loopholes and as well provide a better combative experience for players. As well as widen the factions when the announce recruitments and CI's emptiness as a whole.

What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?: Not only do I have experience in RP with SCP, but I have Staff Experience as well. I do believe that I am extremely reliable and can help make the server benefit Civil Gaming, once I get to that stage.

I apologize for the misunderstanding. I wasn't sure what specifically that rule meant if I am being honest.
I do not have any experiences with CivilGamers Roleplay excluding USA SCP-RP.
