Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I wish to expand more upon my non-combative roles and also have a ton of interest in SA, mainly due to what the role implies to me. I respect the CL4's I've had but dont feel like I've had alot of non-combative CL4 experience.
I also wish to prove I can still handle a CL4 position. I have had rough interactions in the past and don't intend to continue the trend of causing big conflicts.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
My experiences in CL4s in general, my overall time on the server and variety of department's/MTFs I've been a part of should help my SA duties concidering i have a decent amount of knowledge of many areas, including non-combative however lacking a little. I wish to improve on this part.
My experiences have been:
Being one of the main Special Agents attempting to lead the dpt in DEA, later being promoted to agency manager but due to complications leaving.
Ethics assistant, helping ethics and O-1 in their duties with the power I had.
GSD CPT, being one of the older ones and being in the dpt twice, teaching newer CPTs the ropes and seeing CPTs i've worked with get CoS and go higher.
Being a CI-Delta and having experience leading.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
There are many and I know I will miss some. But here are the ones I know.
Authorizing AA during a C5 when needed.
Hiring and interviewing Senior CL4 positions in departments. Such as Chiefs and DPT Directors.
Authorizing MCnD entry into site.
Assisting Site Director and Managers in their decisionmaking and being Departmental Liaisons.
Keep foundation staff to properly use the FLC and helping them if they do not do their job properly.
If needed assist staff if they require SA's help on matters like DPT Directors or misuse of CL4 positions.
Being a rolemodel for CL4s and below.
Leading site if no higherups are on.
If requested, stand in for other SA members if needed. (Includes leading site)
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
