What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
- Make UNGOC Yellow (And future suits) spawn with nightvision.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not that I am aware of.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Allows the yellow suit to respond to its objective after its job and size has been set.
- Prevents them from having to search an armory when they forgot to grab one after spawning.
- Enhances realism. (A Yellow Suit is a High Tech piece of armor. It should spawn with nightvision, like ERT does.)
- The Yellow Suit gets deployed less than ERT, compared to ERT's multiple deployments of multiple squads per day, thus it should not be a major change in server performance, considering that ERT also receives nightvision on spawn.

- Balancing.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
As said before, it makes sense in roleplay. It isn't that big of a change to offset balance. The Yellow Suit usually wont be on cooldown for nightvision, since by the time they make it to foundation and finally die by SCP's, 5 minutes would have past. It is mainly a Quality of Life change to make its life easier. If it prefers a different color, it can just drop its night vision and swap it out.
