Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
-As my time on site-65 I have learned new and professional ways to achieve my goals, by working as hard as I can to reach the standards of a professional CL4 Role.
With my JR.CL4 position as Captain, I have felt that I can achieve a non combative Cl4 role in the department E.G Site Advisor. I have spent many months working as ISD learning and Improving my documentation, eventually putting it to above expectation. I have chosen to apply for site Advisor as I think I am ready to move up away from the field and help manage the site...
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
LEADERSHIP: Through my months as ISD and some experience of A1/GSD CPT I have come to understand the importance of what makes a good Leader and role model, not being immature, acting professional at all times and leading a team more effectively. Escorting high clearance personal to garage when needed, making sure there is no one is left behind and no causality's are present. ISD has also helped me learn the basics of interrogation and negotiations. This has gave me the privilege to act professional in a Roleplay setting.
COMMUNICATIONS: With my previous experience of a GSD-Captain I have been able to communicate more efficiently with other personal's, even in stressful situations. When Sweeps in Dblock occur I maintained everyone's Focus, for the planning on containing the Code-2 Riot, making sure everyone understood their role in the sweep. This has really helped me keep communications simple and reliant in stressful / life threating situations.
DOCUMENTATION: As my experience of GSD-CPT and ISD I have progressed rapidly with my documentation Posting them on local boards for the Cl1+ I have also used my documentation to host local lectures to make sure everyone knows the FLC. And to not get arrested for some stupidity. I still give out advise for those who need the formatting of the document or just a general question about documentation.
ROLEPLAY: As my time on site-65 I have hosted many operations in ISD/GSD which required serious RP, and Professionality at all times. Though sometimes I do tend to lose words in situations which caused some embarrassment, I try to proceed with the Roleplay making sure it is conducted properly.

- Management of all departments and their performance

- Authorisation of part site closure (Events/Trainings)

Quanta's, Childhood was mostly Chaotic due to his father beating him when he was a child as Quanta's mother left them...
He had grown up in a small flat with his dad on the outskirts of Florida.
As soon as he turned 18 he moved out and found a small apartment in Canada, As well as finding a job as a FBI Operative
His life slowly faded away from his tortured childhood and grew into a new successful life.
One evening at his office Quanta had received a strange email from a Unknown Government Organisation named SCP [Secure-Contain-Protect]
