If I deleted my steam account (I did delete it) but want to come back to SCP-RP at some point in the future (2-3 years) am I gonna have to start from scratch or can I get anything back?

Note, i remember back in like 2023-2024, when i was in E-11, E-11 CSG main account got hacked so he had to make new one to keep playing, he had so low level but SL+ gave him just all E-11 rank and such stuff back. But that was faction, i don't know what you.
