- What does this suggestion change/add/remove:Adds scrap as an additional reward for completing quests, the scrap pile are always focused so not everyone can get enough to do anything interesting, the cooldown for cancelling quests should also be reduced just incase a quest is unable to be complete or is just downright unreasonable.

If so, why is your suggestion different?:I do not believe this has been suggested before, after looking through the archives on the forums, if there has been one however, my suggestion is coming from myself and a level 130 D-class, both of us agree that scrap rewards for completing quests is something that should have always been a thing since d-class xp does nothing past the required levels for other jobs.
- Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):More D-Class traffic for more testing and possible riot RP, this will give people an incentive to play on D-Class, because as of right now it only fluctuates once during the day or twice if we are lucky, this is due to the lack of activity within D-Block and RSD not being present in the testing lines. The other positive to this would be more utilization of the quest giver, providing a healthy distraction so site can run smoothly, D-class are very impatient and easily rattled in my experience, most of the time their behaviour stems from lack of stimulation, this would provide them all with a reward worthy of the work put in for the much more difficult quests like stealing a CL4 card or defeating an MTF member.
- Possible Negatives of the suggestion possible negatives include flare gun spamming or keycard spamming, d-class stash keycards often resulting in a messy sweep most of the time, this can cause lag in the surrounding area because of all the "giblets" and blood textures. Another negative would be that D-Class could decide to focus their attention on assassination contracts, resulting in friction within D-Block, revenge rdm could be a problem for those not happy about being assassinated with contraband on them, adding scrap gives more motivation to complete the quests.Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:In my opinion and the opinion of others who helped with the idea, this addition would be very beneficial for everyone on site, if D-Class are flagged on for RP or simply to do some quests for the completion dopamine, that is a possible test subject for more RP to take place. D-Class questing is not used often, people just run around like headless chickens collecting from scrap piles that most of the time have already been collected from, this causes frustration of course, so the addition of this could rectify that, thankyou for reading this and thankyou for your consideration, I hope you consider this a worthy addition.
