Accepted Radio remembers last Frequency when you respawn

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion adds the ability for the Radio to "Remember" the last frequency you had before you died. Of course when you switch jobs or to an SCP, it should reset to the default value of 0 like it already does. This is for jobs that already have a Radio when they spawn / respawn.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
A lot of people have brought up changes to the radio, such as adjusting sound. However I haven't seen anything similar to this being suggested.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Makes it more convenient to use the radio, you don't have to check your regiments announcements every time you die. Especially with combative jobs.
- Less of a hassle and good QoL feature. Allows you to focus on the current task at hand and you don't end up forgetting to set the frequency back.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- An argument can be made that it's just pure laziness and "just remember" which is understandable.
- Another argument can be made like "It's a new life, you wouldn't know the radio frequency straight away when you wake up". But we're using Discord to get the frequency anyway.
- Like other suggestions, this will take some time to implement. As it will have a new mechanic on "Remembering" the last frequency used. And the code running a check to see if the person switched jobs; plus other potential variables that can occur.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This is a suggestion that will be convenient for everyone who uses the Radio in-game. And with the recent polls on Discord involving the Radio and where the community wants it to stand in RP, I feel this suggestion will remove one of the Radios most annoying drawbacks compared to just using Teamspeak.

It's apparently an "intended mechanic" 😔
