Character name(s):Ace “Rainer” Collins
Civilian name:”Mr.Rainer”
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA):SCP-RP USA
Do you have a mic?:
-Yes I do.
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
-RRT (Holding) CI-B (Held) IA Ambassador (Holding) Ethics Assistant (Holding)

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
-I have received one ban and two warnings, the ban was for MRDM for running around D-block stabbing everyone, one warn for failRP and one warn for metagame, the last incident was in March.

Why are you applying for Director of Internal Affairs?
-I want to take care of the department from the deepest point and be able to work with the director, while shaping the department into something the foundation can be proud of as well as ourselves. This department from day one has awoken something inside of me and caused me an awestruck passion for ethics and doing what is right. I want each of the ambassadors, agents, and operatives to feel that same sense of pride and passion as I do. With this promotion, I can have the capacity to make that possible. Spreading camaraderie, and amping up the morale of the department. I spend my time on ambassador as often as I can. Being given a senior ambassador role has shown me I have potential to climb higher than I thought possible and realize that I have so much more potential, which has led me to this step.

What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Affairs?:
- My suitability comes from my actions within the department as well as my run-ins with ethics. Whether that be an investigation, writing reports, grading them, or keeping agents accountable for their choices and general professionalism, I hold myself to the same work ethics and liability as other CL.4 Foundation members, not letting anything slide past me, keeping my own priorities and morals straight. With that, I feel I am not only ready but also capable of holding this position. Within that higher level of responsibility I hope to lead IA to a new peak. Restoring previously lost ties with other departments or MTF branches. I hope my dedication to this department has given me the chance to move higher within the site, and shown many that you can achieve what you put your heart into.

What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Affairs in RP?:
-The responsibilities of DoIA are:
Deciding internal promotions of ambassadors
Welcoming new members into the ambassador team
Should a crimes severity warrant it, DoIA may hold a tribunal
Overseeing the health of the department and discussing the handling of certain elements with site administration
Overturning departmental removals
Being the main drive force and face of IA as a whole, the weight of director and deputy shows the attitude and tone of IA

Please give some lore about your Director of Internal Affairs character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Starting with a long history of idolizing detectives and spies from a young age, Rainer decided to join the Federal Bureau of Investigations, following many years of effort and praise, leading to an eventual relocation somewhere in Canada as lead investigator of an oddly isolated town called Pinewood where many strange reports had been coming out of including an unknown SWAT officer running amuck. After having an encounter with an SCP object while working in the FBI, Rainer was transferred to the unpopular Unusual Incident Unit after his superiors read his report and deemed it to be falsified. After working in the UIU for some time, and having promising experience in the division, he was approached by the foundation after recruitment officers looked into his report with the anomaly. Digging deep into his history for the FBI, they decided to hire him as an Agent for the Internal Affairs division at Site-65 in Pinewood, Canada. His career started small, and boring at first, but it eventually gained traction. One day after a massive breach bringing all departments swarming into heavy containment, Rainer saw a strange man in a gas mask, against all nerves and his mind screaming at him, he inched closer listening to the man speaking about the downfall of the foundation and many men in suits falling along with it. This led to his absolute intrigue and looking for other miscreants trying to take his newfound family away. After several weeks of enforcing the Site’s Legal Codex and conducting undercover investigations, his work in his investigations and reports quickly gained the attention of his superiors and was eventually promoted to the rank of Ambassador within the division. With this promotion, Rainer continues to show dedication and loyalty to the foundation, ensuring the site’s operations go smoothly on a daily basis.

Rainer, with his newfound success and sense of pride, moved forward as an ambassador. One day he’s pulled aside and given a personal task from ethics, an investigation of gensec. He quickly begins this task and does so well he’s given an extension to plunge even deeper into his work. Following this he realizes his passion, keeping the site safe and protocol in check, from that point forward he looked up to ethics as his next step and took every chance he could to move toward a spot on the committee. Sitting at his desk a note is slid under the door, it reads “Meet me in core, come alone.”. Rainer picks up the note in time to hear feet scuttling away from his door, expecting the worst and letting out a heavy sigh Rainer follows the request. He sees an old friend, shaking his hand as the man speaks. The words pull Rainer in and entice him. “The Committee has seen your work, they like what you’ve done, ever consider trying to get in with us?” Saying nothing, Rainer walks back to his office and sits down once more, writing an email to ethics directly requesting a job from within.

Rainer, after a long battle from the bottom to where he is now, keeping ethics at the center of all he does. Once again settling with his new promotion, steps out of his office in the ethics wing. Seeing the dismissal of the chairman, figures he'll have his work cut out for him. He flings himself full force into his work, debating what path is right for him. After a long internal battle considering resigning from IA entirely, he begrudgingly decides to officially resign. Returning to the Internal Affairs ambassador office to pack up his cabinet. He sees an application stamped with an "ACCEPTED" stamp. Scanning over it, he has a flood of memories. Coming to the end, he sees the words "It’s Harold Hawks, baby." and has a rush, an unusual feeling, a new call to arms. A smile spreading across his face Rainer slams the cabinet shut, not allowing himself to leave those so dear to him behind. Rushing back to ethics wing, Rainer takes off his blue suit and trades it for a black suit and blue shirt. Knowing his next step clearly, his purpose finally realized, he begins writing a new application, sending it to ethics the following morning.
