What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- More roleplay during Peacetime
- Less one sided wars as there will be another faction to deal with
- More vehicles used
- Keeps people on their toes during peacetime
-adds more variety to the server
- Gives CSB a chance to work
-CSB allows RMP/AOR to not only continue with securing the base but also keeps them on their toes as they have to deal with more spies and or robberies
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- some people may minge
- some rules may need to be change
- some of the items the jobs have might need to be changed
- some people may be annoyed by the extra group they have to fight
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
- Adds more variety to the server and there is more rp situations that can happen such as Suicide bomb defusal , stopping CSB riot/attacks, stopping CSB stealing goods, hostage negotiations and raiding for hostages
- negatives are not hard to fix as at most they are minor inconvienences
