What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I have been in the Director of Medicine position since December 2023 and in turn have gained a lot of experience in dealing with certain situations when Site Administration or Site Command are not presently available or onsite, as well as having had the pleasure of being able to interact with players of all departments, learning how to best interact with them. On top of holding this position as Director, I have been in Alpha-1 for almost a year also, Command Sergeant since October 2024 and have gained a lot of knowledge on the workings of Floor 3. I believe with the sheer amount of experience I have from both positions, as well as the skills I have demonstrated in completing orders and projects issued to me on BOTH roles by CL5 position holders that I am able to bring the dedication and hard work required to the position. (I'm also incredibly active. Maybe a little too active so I will be able to assist where others may be unavailable!)
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
-> Assisting the O5 Council wherever is asked of you/completing their orders.
-> Giving authorisations on behalf of the council, this includes anything from documentation to Advanced Armory during breaches.
-> Record keeping, document writing and information gathering.
-> Work closely with Alpha-1 and assist them in carrying out their orders from the Council.
-> Liaise with other departments where a Council member is not directly involved.
Essentially an Assistant acts as a proxy of the Council wherever it is required as well as completing the orders that are given directly by themselves. Although they are trusted with this amount of authority, they are also obligated to carry out standard CL4 duties.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
As mentioned above, I have been in the position of Director of Medicine since 2023, and in this time I have been asked countless times about applying for Site Administration and O5 positions. Although I always appreciate the compliments, I do not feel ready to completely give up my position as Director, but do feel as if I want to try out a new position with different responsibilities and I believe that OSA is the perfect balance of what I'm looking for. I enjoy interaction with other departments and I enjoy being able to help out others where it's needed and in an OSA position that would be much easier than in the current positions I hold. I have also noticed a distinct drop in present Assistants and would like to help in taking some of the weight off of the O5 and current Assistants which I can easily do with my activity and the ability to be present when requested.

In terms of storylines my character would be involved in, the main interest would be within the area of SCPs, especially during events where little known or completely unknown SCPs enter the area/site.
Also to be heavily involved with DEA and event GOIs wherever possible due to the limited knowledge of her family and the classification of her past identity and her curiosity.
